Your Lake Friend’s transition to REAL @ Lake of the Ozarks

We’re reaching out to let you know about a very quick transition we made last week, and it is wonderful. Jesse, Your Lake Friend℠ and Team made the switch to REAL, a technology powered real estate brokerage. The fees we pay to our broker have been reduced or eliminated which takes loads of stress off, and we even earn stock in the company. I want to explain the differences, improvements, and what to expect.

For our clients: We are the same as before! You get our same local knowledge, expertise, tough negotiating, and hard work. Our team of Jesse Your Lake Friend, Brad your transaction coordinator, title agents, staging, photography, drone pilots, web marketing, web developers, and direct marketing are all still here to handle your real estate wants and needs. Our very powerful web presence through YourLakeFriend.com, phone numbers, emails, and contact info remain unchanged.

For our friends, neighbors, and future clients: Relax and enjoy the lake. We will be more relaxed and happy too now that a weight of about $1,000 per month has been lifted. Whenever you need advice, recommendations, or to transact real estate we are here to help.

For agents: Our monthly fees were nearly $1,000 with offices closer to $1,200, commission splits without a cap, plus transaction fees eating into every transaction. REAL offers 85/15 with a $12k annual cap, no monthly fees (yay!), multiple ways to earn stock in REAL, no transaction fees until cap $225 after, and 3 personal transactions per year at $250. Oh, there is revenue share too. Talk about a breath of fresh air, eh? If you would like more details, reach out to talk about it.
