Captain Ron’s hosts one of the largest events at the Lake of the Ozarks called the Shootout. The Shootout is said to be the largest unsanctioned boat race in the US. Many high powered speed boats participate in this event and record some of the fastest speeds by water. Boats show up from all around the world to participate in this event. The Shootout is also claimed to be one of the biggest charity events at Lake of the Ozarks. Get one of the best views at this event at Captain Ron’s. Captain Ron’s also hosts other events such as the Crappie Masters State Tournament, BroStock, Bikefest, the World’s Largest Pontoon Party, the Marine Dealers Water Boat Show, and the Two Dam Days Paddle Race.
