Backwater Jacks is a famous pool bar located in the heart of Osage Beach, Missouri. Backwater Jacks has 4 bars, 3 of which are located outside and one directly in the multi million dollar pool. There are plenty of people there during the summer days and nights. You can arrive at Backwater Jacks by car or by boat, as there are many parking places for large boats accommodated by ushers to help you tie up.
Backwater Jacks is a great place to get drunk, eat food, and listen to live music by the pool. They have famous rum runners and pain in the asses. You can sip on your drinks in the pool as there are no kids allowed in the pool. Also, there is a sushi bar/restaurant for those who like Asian style food.
Backwater Jacks has one of the largest amphitheaters at Lake of the Ozarks under construction. Initially denied by the Osage Beach city council, construction looks like it should be completed for a summer 2021 concert season. This will only add to the legendary line up at Backwater Jacks which already includes the Zero Ducks Given pool parties.
